 Low Carb Keto Kale Parmesan Chip Recipe

If so, then this is the recipe for you.  It's based on a kale and parmesan chip that I found on Apples for CJ.  This crispy low carb chip is nothing but parmesan and kale.  Chop it, shred it, bake it, done.  10 minutes tops.  

Then it's kale and parmesan as far as the eye can see.

Low Carb Kale & Parmesan Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped kale

Instructions

1.  Preheat oven 400 degrees F and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper,

2.  Finely grate parmesan cheese with smallest grate on box grater and place in medium mixing bowl.

3.  Remove large stems from kale leaves and chop roughly. Add 1 cup, or roughly one handful kale to a blender. Chop a few seconds until just finely chopped.

4.  Mix the kale and parmesan cheese.

5.  Place tablespoon amounts evenly out on cookie sheet.

6.  Bake 7-8 minutes till lightly browned around edge
