Low Carb Kale & Parmesan Chips
- 2 cups finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped kale
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper,
2. Finely grate parmesan cheese with smallest grate on box grater and place in medium mixing bowl.
3. Remove large stems from kale leaves and chop roughly. Add 1 cup, or roughly one handful kale to a blender. Chop a few seconds until just finely chopped.
4. Mix the kale and parmesan cheese.
5. Place tablespoon amounts evenly out on cookie sheet.
6. Bake 7-8 minutes till lightly browned around edge
