Just like today's recipe.

It's so simple that it is almost an un-recipe.  All you do is mix up a spoonful of sweetener with a little cream and then add in some berries.  Done.  Finished.  In just a few minutes, you'll have a delicious dessert with only 5g net carbs. 

The perfect treat if you ever find yourself rollin, rollin, rollin on a river.

Low Carb Keto Berries and Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Powdered Swerve or equivalent powdered sweetener

Instructions

1.  In a small bowl, mix together cream and sweetener until dissolved.  

2.  Add a mixture of berries to the bowl.
