Here's a workaround, for when you absolutely have to snack on some chips. (If your football team is losing, lets say.) It's a great recipe that I found on Wholesome Yum. It's a simple tortilla chip that's made from almond flour and mozzarella cheese. It's on the cracker end of the chip spectrum. Think Cheezits, rather than Doritos.
