Low Carb Whiskey Sours
Yesterday was a sad day.
Tom Petty passed away, and I'm feeling pretty maudlin. I've loved his music since I was a kid. He always seemed like a stand up guy.
So let's raise a glass to Tom Petty. You will be missed, sir.
Low Carb Whiskey Sour
- 3 tablespoons whiskey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon Swerve or equivalent granulated sweetener
1. Mix the drink in a 1:1:1 ratio of whiskey, lemon juice and water. So it's 3 tablespoons whiskey, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 tablespoons water. Add 1 tablespoon sweetener and mix to dissolve.
2. Serve on the rocks.
