I've decided that this is going to be the year when I get healthy. I'm going to try out a low carb diet and blog about what I discover. I'll post the tastiest recipes I can find and see if I can make up some new ones. I've never really exercised before, but I'm willing to give it a shot. And since I have children, there will be a good amount of kid stuff thrown in too. Good, bad, or ugly, if it sounds healthy or fun, then I am going to try it.
