Low Carb Keto Cranberry Greek Yogurt
Remember that SNL skit where Will Ferrell and Cheri Oteri played highly excitable cheerleaders? (below)
I was just thinking about how great it would be to have cheerleaders cheering you on in your everyday life. That would just be awesome.
There was a whole lot to cheer about today in my kitchen.
I came up with a low carb yogurt recipe that I am super psyched about.
It's an incredibly simple recipe. I just took plain Greek yogurt and added in some homemade sugar-free cranberry sauce. I blended it up in the blender and just like that, I had the perfect low carb snack. It's only got 8g net carbs per cup but it tastes just like a normal mixed berry fruit yogurt. It's got this great tang to it. It's really good.
The only thing this recipe needs is the perfect cheer. Spartan Spirit!
