Ingredients

12 oz large scallops

810 slices bacon

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt and pepper

wooden skewers

Instructions

  1.  Pre-heat broiler.
  2.   Cut bacon slices to fit each sea scallop one time around.
  3.   Wrap scallops and add to wooden skewers.
  4.   Brush the scallops with olive oil on both sides and salt and pepper them.
  5. Broil for 5-6 minutes per side until scallops are browned and bacon is cooked through.
