These low carb lemon lime bites make for the perfect dessert or fat bomb.
3 oz cream cheese
1 teaspoon full fat sour cream
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons super fine almond flour
3 tablespoons Swerve or equivalent granulated sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tablespoon Swerve or equivalent granulated sweetener
1. Add all dough ball ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix well to combine.
2. Freeze the dough for 10 min.
3. Mix coconut and sweetener on a small plate or bowl.
4. Remove the dough from the freezer and roll it into 6 small balls that have 2 tablespoons each.
