1 head iceberg lettuce
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
4 slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
4 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
1. Wash the iceberg lettuce and remove any unsightly outer leaves.
2. Cut the lettuce into quarters leaving the core to hold the leaves together.
3. Place wedges on four salad plates with the outer leaves on the bottom and top with dressing and then toppings.
