Low Carb Keto Tomato Sauce

This quick Keto spaghetti sauce comes together in about 25 minutes and has just 3g net carbs per serving.  It's a low carb spaghetti sauce that you will make again and again.


  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shallots or onions, minced
  • 1 (28 oz) can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve or equivalent granulated sweetener


1.  Heat olive oil in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat.

2.  Add garlic and onions and saute for 2 minutes until softened.

3.  Add all the remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

4.  Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
