It’s a dessert you can “whip up”. Comedy gold, folks. But seriously, today I’m going to show you how to make the World’s Easiest Low Carb Dessert.
And if you have ever done any low carb cooking, you will know that easy desserts are hard to come by.
Most low carb baked goods require a plethora of specialty ingredients. Almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, flax seed meal, psyllium husk powder… Xanthan Gum, whatever that is. But the low carb dessert recipe that I am sharing with you today has just two ingredients, Sugar Free Jello and Greek Yogurt.
And you can make these Sugar Free Jello Whips in a jiffy.
I posted an earlier version of this recipe a few years back, and people went apey for it. So I’ve been tinkering with it over the last few years. And recently I had a Jello breakthrough. I reduced the gel time by using ice, so I was able to shave 30 minutes off the prep time.
I also switched up the appliances.
The earlier version had you whipping air into the Jello and yogurt mixture with an electric hand mixer. But not anymore. Now you use a blender to whip it up. This actually makes the mixture much foamier than before.
And that’s about it.
I’ve got step-by-step photographs below the recipe card, but I doubt that you will need them. The steps are: Dissolve the Jello powder in hot water, Cool it down with ice water, Blend it with yogurt and Chill it. You can whip them up in less than 10 minutes, so what are you waiting for?

Lemonade Jello Whips [Sugar Free & Keto]

1 (.3 oz) box of Sugar Free Lemon Jello, (or whatever flavor you like)
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup ice water
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1. Add 3/4 cup boiling water to a medium sized bowl. Pour in Jello powder and stir until fully dissolved.
2. Make 1 cup ice water by measuring out 1 cup of ice, and pouring water in until it fills the cup.
3. Add ice water to the dissolved Jello and mix until ice melts and Jello thickens.
4. Add Jello mixture and 1 cup yogurt to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
5. Pour the Jello into serving glasses or a medium sized bowl and chill for 2 hours.
