If you have found your way to this recipe, then I can guess three things about you. You are on a low carb diet, you are patriotic and you are terribly lazy. I might be wrong about that last one, but this is a 4 ingredient dessert that you can make in under 10 minutes, so…yea.
But there is no shame in it!
I love finding easy low carb desserts, because they are often so difficult to come by. You’ll have 4 of the 5 specialty ingredients you need for a low carb recipe, but are just missing that xanthan gum or coconut flour or whatever the heck, so no dessert for you. Well nuts to that!
But check out the ingredients for these sugar-free berry parfaits.
All you need is heavy whipping cream, strawberries, blueberries and a powdered sugar-free sweetener of your choice. And if you want to take laziness up to the next level, you can use (the surprisingly low carb) Reddi Whip. No judgement.
So whether you want to be lazy or extremely lazy, this recipe has you covered.
You take a 4 oz glass container and add a later of strawberries, a layer of whipped cream and a layer of blueberries. And that’s it. Red, white and blue. Maybe you want to go blueberries, whipped cream, strawberries. Just as tasty and just as patriotic. But enough food talk.
Dance us out with style, patriotic Dean Martin and liberty loving Liberace.
