Step 1. Add water, lemon slices, vodka, sweetener and cranberries to a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2. Muddle the fruit until the juices and oils have been released.
Step 3. Add the ice and stir until chilled.
Step 4. Pour the liquid through a sieve into 3 cocktail glasses.
