Step 1. Heat olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes until softened. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds more.
Step 3. Add all the remaining ingredients to the saucepan and stir it up.
Step 4. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
