This quick Keto spaghetti sauce comes together in about 17 minutes and has just 3g net carbs per serving. 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shallots or onions, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz) can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve Granular

Instructions

Step 1.  Heat olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.step 1 heat olive oil

Step 2.  Add onions and saute for 2 minutes until softened.  Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds more.step 2 saute garlic and onions

Step 3.  Add all the remaining ingredients to the saucepan and stir it up.step 3 stir in ingredients

Step 4.  Bring to a boil.  Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.step 4 simmer 10 minutes

Step 5.  Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.step 5 taste for spice

Notes

You can substitute fresh herbs for dried ones.  Just use 1 tablespoon of each herb instead of 1 teaspoon.
