Buffalo Mozzarella Salad

This low carb buffalo mozzarella salad is a delicious appetizer you can make in about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced lengthwise

2 balls buffalo mozzarella

2 tablespoons basil, chopped

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.  Slice the tomatoes and chop the basil.

2.  Add tomatoes to a serving plate and nestle buffalo mozzarella balls on top.

3.  Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.

4.  Drizzle with olive oil.
