Low Carb Keto Broccoli Waffles

Broccoli waffles might sound a little bit weird but are actually really tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli, processed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

Step 1.  Spray waffle iron with cooking spray and preheat.

Step 2. Using a high-powered blender or food processor, process broccoli until it's the consistency of rice.

Step 3.  Mix together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 4.  Add 1/3 of the mixture to the waffle iron and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
