Easy Keto Yogurt

This flavored Keto Yogurt recipe is just like the real thing, but these sugar-free snacks have only 73 calories and 3g net carbs per serving.


Units Scale
  • 1 box (.3oz) Sugar-Free Jello, any flavor
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup cold water


Step 1.  Dissolve 1 small (.3oz) box of Sugar-Free Jello in one cup of boiling water.

Step 2.  Whisk in 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.

Step 3.  Cool the yogurt down with ¾ cup cold water.

Step 4.  Portion out yogurt mixture into 3 (1 cup) bowls or (8 oz) ramekins.  Alternately, you can keep it in the bowl to chill and scoop it out later in spoonfuls.

Step 5.  Chill for 2 hours until firm.


Nutritional Info is for whole milk plain Greek yogurt.  If you use non-fat yogurt the Fat content goes down to zero grams, and the Carb count goes up to 3.6 grams.
