Quick Keto Queso

This recipe for quick Keto queso has 3 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make.  It's a delicious low carb cheese sauce that's got just 2g net carbs per serving. 


Units Scale
  • 10 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese


Step 1.  Drain the can of tomatoes and chillies.

Step 2.  Add cream to a medium sized sauce pan and bring to a boil over Medium heat.

Step 3.  Add shredded cheese to the pan and cook until melted, stirring constantly.

Step 4.  Mix the tomatoes and chillies into the cheese sauce.
