This recipe for quick Keto queso has 3 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make.  It’s a delicious low carb cheese sauce that’s got just 2g net carbs per serving.

Ingredients

10 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chillies

1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1.  Drain the can of tomatoes and chillies.

2.  Add cream to a medium sized sauce pan and bring to a boil over Medium heat.

3.  Add shredded cheese to the pan and cook until melted, stirring constantly.

4.  Mix the tomatoes and chillies into the cheese sauce.
