Naturally Sweetened Keto Gummies

This sugar-free gummy candy recipe is just the bee's knees.  It's a sneaky way to get your kids to eat naturally sweetened zero-sugar candy.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1 teaspoon Mio Water Enhancer (any flavor)

Instructions

Step 1.  Mix together cold water and Mio flavoring in a medium-sized saucepan. Add unflavored gelatin and stir to combine. It will be lumpy.step 1 mix the ingredients

Step 2.  Turn the heat to Medium and cook, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until fully dissolved, 1-2 minutes.

Step 3.  Place your rubber candy molds on a baking sheet and make sure that there is room for it in the refrigerator. Use a pipette (the large eye droppers that come with most rubber candy molds) and fill the wells of the rubber molds to the top.step 3 fill the wells of the mold  

Step 4.  If you want to make multi-colored gummy candy, just drop a small amount into each well or partially fill some sections of the worm molds. Then add repeat with different flavors.step 4 fill the worm mold with different colors

Step 5.  Chill the sugar-free gummy candies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.step 5 chill the sugar free gummies

Step 6.  Un-mold the gummies by pushing on the back of the mold to pop them out.step 6 unmold

You can also make this recipe with Sugar-Free Jello instead of the Mio Water Enhancer.  Just mix together 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin, 1 small (.3oz) box of Sugar-Free Jello, and 1/3 cup cold water.  Then proceed with steps 2-6.
