Ingredients

- Sugar-Free Lime Jello - Swerve or equivalent granulated sweetener - boiling water - full fat cream cheese - ice water - Greek yogurt

Step 1.  In a small bowl or 4-cup glass measuring cup, dissolve Jello powder in boiling water.  Stir in sweetener until dissolved. Step 2.  Add Jello and cream cheese to a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks of cream cheese remain.

Step 3.  Fill a 1 cup measure with ice cubes.  Fill the remaining space with water.  Pour ice water into the blender and blend until the mixture is cold and ice cubes have melted.

Step 4.  Add yogurt to the blender and blend until smooth and bubbly at the top. Step 5.  Fill custard cups with mixture and chill for 2 hours until firm.
