- Sugar-Free Jello, any flavor - boiling water - Greek yogurt - cold water

Step 1.  Dissolve 1 small (.3oz) box of Sugar-Free Jello in one cup of boiling water. Step 2.  Whisk in 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.

Step 3.  Cool the yogurt down with ¾ cup cold water.

Step 4.  Portion out yogurt mixture into 3 (1 cup) bowls or (8 oz) ramekins.  Alternately, you can keep it in the bowl to chill and scoop it out later in spoonfuls. Step 5.  Chill for 2 hours until firm.
