    Keto Berries and Cream

    Jump to Recipe

This Keto Berries and Cream recipe is one of the easiest low carb desserts you can make. And each serving has just 5g net carbs.

Today we are going to make a recipe for Keto Berries and Cream that is nice and easy.

Kind of like how Ike & Tina Turner used to perform "Proud Mary".  (video below)

"We're going to take the beginning of this song and we're going to do it easy. But then we're going to do the finish rough. This is how we do... 'Proud Mary'." -Tina Turner

If you've never seen Ike and Tina perform "Proud Mary", then you are in for a treat.  It's about 6 minutes long, which is twice as long as it takes to make this recipe.

It's so simple that it is almost an un-recipe.

All you do to make Keto Berries and Cream is mix up a spoonful of sweetener with a little cream and then add in some berries.  Done.  Finished.

Here are the best low carb berries to use:

Blackberries are the best low carb berries because they have just 3g net carbs per ½ cup serving. Strawberries are next with 5g net carbs. And blueberries have the most carbs with 8g net carbs per ½ cup. You can fit the most berries in the cup measure though, so don't hold it against it.

The beauty of this recipe is that in just a few minutes, you can make yourself a delicious Keto fruit dessert with only 5g net carbs.

The perfect treat if you ever find yourself rollin, rollin, rollin on a river.

Sometimes the simplest things are the best. I love this recipe. I've eaten it for dessert three times this week!
