Egg Drop Soup is a classic Chinese soup made up of thickened chicken broth and a cooked egg. The name “Egg Drop” comes from how the soup is made: by dropping raw egg into hot soup. And it’s soy-free too since we are going to use Coconut Aminos instead of traditional soy sauce. But if you only have soy sauce, then go ahead and use the soy sauce.
