These Country Style Keto BBQ Ribs come together quickly in an Instant Pot. And each serving of these low carb ribs and BBQ sauce has just 1g net carbs.

Greetings 👋
Today I'm going to show you how to make Country-Style Keto BBQ Ribs. Now, I just learned that Country-Style Ribs are not ribs at all, because whoever named the parts of a pig was living in Crazy Town. Why else would a pig's butt be called a ham and its shoulder be called a butt roast? And now I find out that "country-style ribs" actually come from the pork shoulder too.
It's like up is down with these people!

Well, call it what you will, Country-Style Keto BBQ Pork Ribs are super delicious. 😋
Let me show you how I make them.
Ingredients 🐖
- boneless country-style pork ribs
- beef broth
- cumin
- smoked paprika
- chili powder
- Swerve Granular
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- butter
- tomato sauce
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Swerve Brown
- salt
- dry mustard
- cayenne pepper

Instructions 🧾
- Mix all spice rub ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter for the BBQ sauce in a medium-sized saucepan over Medium heat. Mix in remaining BBQ sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Add ribs to the spice rub mixture and rub to coat all sides.
- Add beef broth and the wire rack to an Instant Pot.
- Stack the ribs on top of the rack.
- Pour ½ of the BBQ sauce on the ribs.
- Pressure cook on High for 35 minutes. Allow the steam to release naturally, 10 minutes.
- Take the ribs out of the Instant Pot and place them on a serving platter. Brush the tops with remaining BBQ sauce.

And you're done! 👩🍳
You'll have some delicious Country-Style Keto BBQ Ribs with only 1g net carbs. Now, classic Country Style BBQ ribs take 3 hours in the oven, or 6 hours in a smoker, but with an Instant Pot and a little ingenuity, we got it done in less than 1. And you didn't have to sweat over a hot oven. This reminds me of another thing that I learned today. The phrase "sweating like a pig" is a complete misnomer, since pigs are the only mammal without sweat glands.
I'm telling you, the people who came up with these things live in Crazy Town! 😉

Sadly, I must be the only person who doesn’t have an instant pot… Would this work in oven or slow cooker?!?

Sure, you can make ribs in the oven or slow cooker. I'd skip the spice rub and use the sauce alone. Here's how to do it in the slow cooker. https://keytomylime.com/country-style-pork-ribs-slow-cooker/#mv-creation-243-jtr

Looks super delicious! Have you tried with Rum?
I found this recipe which is pretty similar but they put Rum inside. It gives an extra flavor which is awesome.

A sugar-free rub--Just what I needed! So many barbecue sauces and spice rubs are loaded with sugar. This recipe looks easy and tasty! Yum!
