These low carb and Keto raspberry gummies are an easy treat that you make with just Jello and cream.
I love Jello.
It's just so versatile. You can eat it. You can wrestle in it, and you can even do practical jokes with it. I am thinking about the pilot episode of the British version of The Office, when Tim pranks his deskmate Gareth by submerging his stapler in Jello. (video below) It was a wonderful prank.
If you like this Sugar-Free Jello recipe, then you might like my recipes for Keto Yogurt, Keto Gummy Bears, Sugar-Free Jello Whips, or Orange Gummies.
But let's talk about using Jello for good.
These low carb treats are somewhere between a gummy candy and a fat bomb. They've got a bright raspberry flavor and a creamy jelled texture. And they only have 1g carb per four candies. Yep, these gummy candies really have just 1g net carbs.
And no, I'm not pranking you.

EmilyKrill says
I made the recipe to work with heavy whipping cream and haven't tried using Cool Whip so I don't know.

I see the recipe says serving size is four. How many total pieces of gummy‘s is the recipe supposed to make?
EmilyKrill says
If memory serves, you can fill one mold of 50 gummy bears with the gummy liquid. So each serving is about 12 gummies.

I am also a Jello lover. I don't know if you are aware, I know in MA I can't find it. Two years ago I ordered the last pack of boxes of sugar free instant Jello pudding - Cheesecake flavor, from Amazon. Which was GREAT with heavy cream. I still haven't seen it in a store.
Love the designs on gummies.

Oh that’s too bad. Sugar Free Jello is such a tasty free food when you are dieting. I’ve never seen SF Jello Cheesecake in stores though. I might need to Amazon some. Thanks for the tip.

Hi Emily,
I just checked Amazon and the Cheesecake flavor of Jello SF pudding is back in stock. I used to be able to get it at our local Walmart in FL, but no longer.
