40 oz (5 packages) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup Swerve or equivalent granulated sweetener
5 large eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
12 oz (2 packages) fresh raspberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 to 3/4 cup Swerve or equivalent granulated sweetener, as desired
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
