🎶"Prince Ali! Mighty is he! Ali Ababwa. Strong as ten regular men, definitely!"🎶 Aladdin

    Hello! 👋

Man oh man. I watched the live-action Aladdin movie last night, so I've had those songs in my head this morning as I made these Orange Creamsicle Jello Whips. And now I shall pass this earworm onto you. (here's the video)

    Catchy, am I right?

    But let's focus. 😐

I'm here to share a recipe for Orange Creamsicle Jello Whips, a most delicious treat. It's this very easy-to-make dessert with zero sugar and 35 calories. I predict that this creamy fruity whip will become a favorite in your household. It's certainly on the Top 10 Desserts list in mine.

So let me show you how to make them.

    two Orange Creamsicle Jello Whips

    ✴️ Ingredients

    • Orange Sugar-Free Jello
    • boiling water
    • ice water
    • plain Greek yogurt

    🌈 Other Sugar-Free Jello Flavors

You can use any flavor of Jello that you like in these Keto Jello Whips. The four brands that make sugar-free Jello are Jello-O, Royal, GramZero, and (somewhat surprisingly) Starburst.  Usually, the only brands that you can buy in the supermarket are Jell-O and Royal, but you can find the other two on Amazon.

    • Jell-O Brand Flavors: Cherry, Black Cherry, Lime, Lemon, Strawberry, Peach, Raspberry, and Orange
    • Royal Brand Flavors: Strawberry, Lime, Orange, Cherry, Raspberry
    • Starburst Brand Flavors: All Pink Strawberry, Blue Raspberry, Cherry
    • GramZero Brand Flavors: Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry, Lemon, Lime, Orange

    🍚 Naturally sweetened Jello

I often hear from people who are concerned about the artificial sweeteners used in Jello. Well, I am happy to report that I've found a brand of gelatin that is naturally sweetened. It's the GramZero Jello that I mentioned. It is sweetened with Stevia, so it's a healthier way to go if you are worried about artificial ingredients.

    📖 Instructions

    1. Add ¾ cup boiling water to a medium-sized bowl.  Pour in Jello powder and stir until fully dissolved.
    2. Make 1 cup of ice water by measuring out 1 cup of ice, and pouring water in until it fills the cup.
    3. Add ice water to the dissolved Jello and mix until ice melts and Jello thickens.
    4. Add Jello mixture and 1 cup yogurt to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
    5. Pour the Jello into serving glasses or a medium-sized bowl and chill for 2 hours.

    Done! 🥰

This is hands down, the easiest recipe on this site. It's a low-calorie dessert that you can "whip up" in no time. And it's just perfect for snacking on as you belt out Aladdin songs.

Just made this exactly as your recipe called for and added a dollop of whipped cream on top and it is the perfect hot summer dessert! Easy, and delicious. Thank you for posting the recipe.

I made it per the recipe and with orange low fat, sugar free Greek yogurt. Both were good, but the orange yogurt is better in my opinion.

Interesting! I've never heard of orange low fat sugar free Greek yogurt before. Was there a difference in the carb count between plain yogurt and the orange yogurt?

The recipe calls for plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Why can't everyone just try that instead of immediately wanting to know if they can substitute it with something else? Sheesh.

Tell it sister! For a two ingredient dessert, there really is a lot of debate.

So true! If u substitute 1 out of 2 things u have changed the recipe completely. Same people who want to know if they can substitute chocolate for cottage cheese on a diet. Ga’head. Yah. G’head.

Greek yogurt isn’t keto, will this work with sugar free whipping cream?

        Jeez Louise.

Greek yogurt is fine to eat in moderation on a Keto diet. But if you want to use heavy whipping cream instead of yogurt then that's ok too. You dissolve 1 box of Sugar-Free Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Then mix in 3/4 cup cold water and 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. Put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm. The Jello will separate into 2 layers though, because cream rises to the top. So you'll have a creamy layer that is like these Jello whips, but there will be a regular Jello layer below. It will still be delicious, just a little bit different.

Yes, you should be able to use Cool Whip in place of the yogurt. It has both corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup in it though, so I wouldn't recommend it if you are doing a low carb/ low glycemic diet. But, having said that, the carb count is actually the same for yogurt and Cool Whip, so it'll be 4g net carbs either way. Let me know how it goes if you try it.
