I’ve been on a bit of a gummy kick lately.
They are just so tasty, I can’t stop making them.
So far I’ve shared recipes for:
Classic gummy bears, raspberry gummies, and even gum drops.
And today I made Orange Creamsicle flavored gummies using Sugar-Free Orange Jello and heavy whipping cream.
This recipe is easy, delicious, and very popular with children. And if you don’t like orange flavor, no worries. It works with any flavor of Sugar-Free Jello. Just take your pick and enjoy!
(Orange you glad you read this post?)

Does the carb come from the heavy whipping cream you’re using? I use erythritol and a heavy cream that are both zero carb. I just wondered, though the count is still minuscule.
Thanks!

The 1g net carb amount does come from the heavy whipping cream. People think of it as a zero carb food because it’s got less than 1g per serving. But it actually has 6.7g carbs per cup. Each serving of these raspberry gummies uses 2 tablespoons of cream so that works out to .825g carb. So the answer is that heavy whipping cream actually does contain carbohydrate, but most people round the amount down, while I rounded it up.
