"When a problem comes along, you must whip it. Before the cream sits out too long, you must whip it." -Devo

Today, I’m going to show you how to make Keto Jello Yogurt Whips, so, obviously, I have Devo’s “Whip It“ stuck in my head. They really were a highlight of the 1980s. They were just unabashedly and utterly strange. And they wore wonderful hats.

lead singer from Devo saying Whip it good

But I came here today to talk about Jello Yogurt Whips, and that is what I intend to do!

    🥣 Ingredients

    • Sugar-Free Jello
    • Plain Greek Yogurt
    • Water
ingredients for Jello Yogurt Whips are Sugar Free Jello and plain Greek yogurt

    📖 Instructions

Add ¾ cup boiling water to a medium-sized bowl.  Pour in Jello powder and stir until fully dissolved.

step 1 dissolve Jello in boiling water

Make 1 cup ice water by measuring out 1 cup of ice, and pouring water in until it fills the cup.

Step 2 make 1 cup of ice water

Add dissolved Jello to the ice water and mix until ice melts and Jello thickens.

step 3 mix the hot and col mixtures together

Add Jello mixture and 1 cup yogurt to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.

step 4 blend the mixture for 30 seconds

Pour the Jello into serving glasses or a medium-sized bowl and chill for 2 hours.

step 5 chill the Sugar Free Jello gelatin cups

And that's all she wrote. 👩‍🍳

With minimal effort on your part, you’ll have made a tasty Jello snack or dessert with only 35 calories and 2g net carbs per serving.  They are fruity, creamy, and light as air.  So just remember, that when a problem comes along…

    You must whip it.

Thanks! I usually stick to the red flavors, but every now and then I break out the lime Jello.

I have never heard of such a thing but need to have a little sweet now and then. Anyone know where I can get sugar free jello without nasty chemical sweeteners?

I don't know of one. I was hopeful that the natural jelled dessert made by Simply Delish would work for this recipe, but it didn't.

Thanks! I found the glasses on Amazon. (I got them for my husband because they kind of look like the one used in Bladerunner. It was a nerd thing.) Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008PCV6J4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
