These Keto Key Lime Jello Whips are the perfect way to beat the heat. And each custard cup has just 88 calories and 2g net carbs.

Greetings Sugar-Free Jello lovers.
It’s Day 77 stuck at home with the fam and this meme is really speaking to me. Luckily, summer is here, so I can kick the kids outside. Go crazy on the Slip N’ Slide ya little monsters!

Meanwhile, the summer heat is making me break out the easy Jello recipes.
One of the most popular recipes I’ve ever posted is a quick and easy Jello Yogurt Whip. It’s a simple 2 ingredient dessert that you literally just “whip up”.

Well I’ve been tinkering with that recipe, and I think you’ll be pleased with the results.
I focused on lime flavor because I was in the mood for a sweet and sour key lime pie. And to make the Jello whips more cheesecake-like, I added full fat cream cheese and some extra sugar-free sweetener. The dessert I came up with is full on decadent.

To make this key lime pie Jello whip recipe you’ll need:
Sugar-Free Lime Jello, cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt and a sugar-free sweetener.

You start by dissolving the Jello powder and sweetener in boiling water.
Pour the dissolved liquid into a blender with cream cheese and blend until no chunks remain. Add ice water to the blender and blend until mixture is cold and ice has melted. Add yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour the Jello into custard cups and chill for 2 hours until firm.

And voilà!
Soon you’ll have a creamy, fruity, whipped dessert with only 88 calories and 2g net carbs. It’s the perfect way to shake off some of the awfulness known as the year 2020.
Take it away Travolta.

Delicious. I added a little fresh lime juice and some grated zest and put it on a low-fat graham cracker.
