    Salads

    The great thing about the low carb diet is that every day is a "salad day".  If you can dream it, you can put it in a salad.  And salads keep the Keto diet healthy, so please don't pass on the greens.  They're good for ya! 💪

    In this section, I've got a quick Keto Egg Salad that you can make in the Instant Pot, a faux Keto Potato Salad that uses cauliflower, and a rather involved Keto Spinach Salad with a warm bacon dressing.  They are a tasty way to get your greens in.
