Need a quick low carb summer treat? Why not freeze some Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding into popsicles?

Good day, low carb friends.
Today I’ve got a recipe for you that is really not a recipe at all. It’s just an idea that I had yesterday. My daughter asked for a pudding pop and I was like, “Hmmm, wouldn’t a sugar-free chocolate pudding pop be nice right about now?

And then it hit me.
Why don’t I freeze sugar-free chocolate pudding into a popsicle mold? And with that, my mind was blown. A low carb pudding pop was in reach!
Huzzah!

Here’s what you’ll need:

And ok, the carb count is 13g, so it might not be for every low carb dieter.
I might get some side eye from Keto dieters over it. But if you are worried about the carb count, you can make up a batch of Keto Chocolate Mousse and freeze it into popsicles. That way, you’ll have a chocoatey frozen dessert with only 5g net carbs.
The point I’m trying to make is that low carb dieters deserve chocolate pudding pops too.
Huzzah!
