I've said it before and I'll say it again. Snacks are EVERYTHING when you are on a Keto diet. If you are feeling snacky and don't have a low carb option available, you are going to cave and go for the chips. But you must resist!
And I'm a big fan of breakfasts for snacks. I've got quick-to-make-in-the-blender Keto Waffles, Keto Granola, and Keto Friendly Cereal. So you are sure to find something to munch on.
